I really enjoyed the breakfast, lots of choices. Free bottled water was available. The staff were excellent, very friendly. I would stay here again.

The location was convenient and relatively quiet, with easy access to Chiang Mai.

This place is basically an overpriced hostel. Housekeeping was useless, the one time we let them in, our room was barely cleaned and our belongings were moved and left on the floor. They seemed more focused on looking for things to charge us for than providing service. We were hit with a ~$20 “damage” charge because a black pillowcase we brought ourselves transferred dye onto their sheet; when I asked to see it, the sheet was already ripped and didn’t smell like it had been cleaned. They were just trying to get more money out of us. When I showed them it was already ripped, they agreed to waive the fee. If I didn’t ask to see the sheet, they would have easily have taken my money. After this, we stopped allowing them to “clean” our room.The room had multiple issues: the bathroom flooded during showers, water temperature constantly swung between scalding and freezing very 60 seconds, literally. There was no practical storage for luggage or clothes, the furniture layout was impractical, and the bed and pillows and chairs were extremely firm. The pool is misleading—it’s a dark, narrow indoor lap pool that’s uninviting and essentially unusable.Breakfast raised serious food-safety concerns. As other reviews mentioned, cooked food sat out for hours and previously cooked items were served cold/room temp. After eating a cold chicken nugget, I became violently ill a few hours later and nearly had to cancel a prepaid excursion. The hotel breakfast was the only thing I had eaten within the last 12 hours, so it was the obvious culprit. When I brought this up to the staff, their only response was “why is no one else sick?”Avoid at all costs. There are so many other hotels with similarly good locations in the city.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional! All of the people at the front desk are welcoming, warm and very attentive to one’s needs. The breakfast was amazing! We stayed for six days, and each day we tried new delicious Thai or Asian food at breakfast. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is located close to the moat, so we walked everywhere. It is a small hotel so you feel like at home. We loved our stay at the CREW Hotel!

Breakfast had good options. Free coffee and water. Rooms were clean and a good size.

The property and room were extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent and all the extra touches like the drinks and snacks were loving. We only stayed one night but were really impressed.

It was amazing, staff is courteous and humble. Great breakfast buffet experience.

Few veg options

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Crew! We spent 10 wonderful days there and everything was perfect. The staff were always friendly and attentive, always with a smile. The breakfast was delicious, and the service overall was excellent. It was truly a beautiful experience — highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back soon.

What I loved the most was the amazing staff — always kind and smiling. They also had a great breakfast selection and even a fridge with snacks, fruits, and drinks available 24 hours for guests. That was such a nice touch and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is very nice near the center of Chiang Mai. The room is clean and very spacious. Breakfast buffet is very good! 10/10 value for money. Staff are all helpful as well.

The bed and pillows are not so soft. The room temperature was not as cold in our first night, but it improved after.

The breakfast selection was wide and delicious, with something for everyone. The staff were kind and welcoming. There were also some adorable little cats on the property—it’s clear the owners are very caring. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The mattress was a bit firm for my preference, and the nearest 7-Eleven was about a 10-minute walk away.

The amazing view from the picture window of our duplex was absolutely breathtaking. Since our room is a duplex, there was ample space for us who brought in work (laptop, portable monitor) alongside our touristy clothes. The room is also complete with a harmon speaker which entertained us when we chose to just stay at the hotel because of the weather. The tub also has a picture view which is a delight. The breakfast menu everyday is something you look forward to as they change it daily. The limitless free cold water saved us from having to go out and buy water. Also when you request for room service, they refill the mini-fridge with free coke. And of course, the staff are a delight.

Not really something I didn’t like but maybe replace the two single sofa into a singular long sofa at the living area.

Top marks (I'm a prof), in fact, A+! Super friendly and helpful staff, super clean, sleek minimal contemporary design, convenient and quiet location 1 block from the southeast corner of the Old City walls. The bed seemed rather firm at first, but proved to be extremely comfortable. And excellent breakfasts; I can't believe the selection of Thai and Chinese and western foods which change every day, and we were there 6 days. My daughter met up with us near the end of our stay who has a peanut allergy, so we asked the staff which foods had peanuts, and were informed quickly (it was the pad Thai). The next morning, the chef walked by and immediately told us that that morning, none of the food had peanuts. This is a level of care that is impressive.We liked this hotel so much we booked it again after traveling to other areas, and when we returned, it felt like coming home. Oh yes, and it's super reasonably priced, which doesn't hurt. Highly recommended, would stay again in a heartbeat.

really can't think of anything ; the path in for cars is narrow, so we kept telling our Grab drivers to let us off at the entrance, and back out. but this is just a little detail for convenience.

Nice bedroom, great location - walking distance from new city, people are amazing (they made breakfast to go because we had an early excursion), cold bottle of water at any time.
